Want to change your day? Do these four things.
- Start the day in scripture. Read the Word of God, giving you sound wisdom on how to live out your life and tackle the day.
- Take a moment to reflect on the previous day. What do you want to remember? Did you have lunch with a friend? Travel to a new place? Got offered a job? Your child said something funny? Jot it down.
- Practice gratitude. Write down 3-5 things you are grateful for. According to research, gratitude has many health benefits.
- Pray. Ask for forgiveness of your sins, thank God for the blessings in your life, and take the worries of the world to him.
